We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in their original condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that items purchased during specific promotional periods may be subject to different return terms.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your return or exchange request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Daniel Wellington display box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
